We found Second shop recently after have major issues with a Whirlpool product we needed to find a new wall oven that suited our needs. We purchased a great little italian made stainless wall oven for half of market value and it was delivered within a week and the delivery company kept us in the loop regarding time line, but we were sent the wrong finish. We called and they were amazingly polite, and eager to help resolve the issue. They replaced the item and picked up the 1st delivery within a week. We have never experienced such efficient and polite service from an online company! We highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Second Shop and I need to say that we were positively surprised by their customer service and quick delivery.
