We found Second shop recently after have major issues with a Whirlpool product we needed to find a new wall oven that suited our needs. We purchased a great little italian made stainless wall oven for half of market value and it was delivered within a week and the delivery company kept us in the loop regarding time line, but we were sent the wrong finish. We called and they were amazingly polite, and eager to help resolve the issue. They replaced the item and picked up the 1st delivery within a week. We have never experienced such efficient and polite service from an online company! We highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a Bosch refrigerator from Second Shop and I need to say that we were positively surprised by their customer service and quick delivery. Since this is a fairly new store, we were a bit skeptical and unsure if we should order a appliance from there. After contacting their customer service team, we decided to give it a try and place an order. Shridhar, from their Customer Service team was fantastic. He answered every question and promptly replied to every single of my emails. We made the online purchase for the fridge on a Thursday evening and on Saturday we received it was delivered. The appliance itself was brand new in an open box and works 100% perfect. We are super happy and can only recommend SecondShop. Great prices, great products and great customer service.
